Our Family & Staff

Many funeral homes place little, if any, emphasis on ongoing staff training. The Floyd A. Williams Funeral Home, Inc. holds high standards for all members of its organization. Professionalism and Respect always come first. We have come to see the importance of ongoing consumer service training and we require all staff to participate in the mandatory state Continuing Education Courses, as well as familiarize and apply our firms traditions, culture and our policies.
