You were "Aunt Nanny" to Lleisa; "Nana" to Aeron; and of course, "Aunt Minnie" to me and Ben. You were a mother figure, friend, confidant, teacher and so much more.
I will cherish the memories of our many conversations; how you taught me how to fish; and most importantly, my sweet potato pies !

Sending our deepest condolences to the Davis and Beasley Family. Ma has always been the most loving, caring and happy person I know. Always a smile on her face and open arms ready to embrace. I thank you for my amazing friend Brenda who I've known since elementary school and that while in 5th grade I had the pleasure of meeting you. I will always remember your laughter when I visit, I will miss seeing your happy face when I reached the top of the stairs. I will miss chatting about the lates thing you were watching on tv or how the weather is so crazy and we're always cold (lol) ..... Your favorite chair will never be the same without you. My sincere condolences to the family of Ms Minnie. A sweet loving, nurturing woman. Her smile and soft spoken voice left me with memories that will always be stored in my heart. Ma I will miss you very much and I know you are up there in Heaven smiling down saying it’s ok baby I am home now and everything is going to be fine. We will all miss you and we all will have you forever in our hearts. Rest in eternal paradise!
