Obituary of Bertha Lee Daniels

Bertha Lee Daniels beloved grandmother and church mother was Born on September 28th, 1934, to Mother Rosie Sanders Bennett and father Joseph Montgomery Bennett. Bertha was born in Marion Alabama in Perry County she was a hard-working woman who loved to travel and later to her residence in Boston Massachusetts and then Pawtucket Rhode Island. Her church assignments were as follows she was a Deaconess, treasurer, and then finally Church mother to New Canaan Church of God in Christ and served under Elder Edward Brown until she went to Virginia where she spent her loving days with her family. Bertha was sister and sibling to a host of sisters and brothers their names were Willie Mae, John Albert, Isiah, DeLois, Robert, Francis, Daisy, and Doris. Bertha leaves behind 3 living children Jessica Carter, spouse Robert who proceeded her also mother to two sons Jeffrey Daniels, Spouse Barbara and Eugene Hamby, she was also mother to daughter Evangelist Florine Daniels who proceeded her and welcomed her home. Leaving her legacy behind to her grandchildren Galynda spouse Tanya James, spouse Dawn Bertha, spouse Jeffery Shametta, spouse Lamar Moeshia, spouse Deron Vera, spouse Frank Colleen, Reginald, Tamika, Nichole She also is survived by 12 great grands and 26 great great grands Countless Nieces and Nephews who loved her very much, Great nieces and nephews. Bertha was Mother to so many Spiritually. A loving lady she will always remain a beacon of Strength and Hope. The Oak Tree of her family. Surely her Testimony will be told through the generations.
