The love of our life, Frances Clintonia Evans departed this life on January 14, 2018, the daughter of the late Willie and Betty Elsberry was born on January 15, 1931, in Natchez, Mississippi.

 

She dedicated her life to Jehovah more than 56 years ago on June 5, 1962. She loved preaching and loved teaching. She could be found any day of the week on the Dorchester Court wall offering magazines and wisdom to any and all that would listen. On Saturday nights, she would be surrounded by her loving family and friends, frying catfish and playing the blues.

 

Frances leaves to mourn Peggy Love (deceased), Spencer Thomas, Betty Clady, Sheila Thomas, Paul Thomas, Kevin Thomas, Sheri Butler, Frances Cleckley, Timothy Evans and Reginald Thomas. She also leaves one brother, John Haynes and his wife Linda Haynes; brother-in-law, Robert Evans of Boston, Ma. and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
