She is survived by her husband Teron Hollins and daughter Jazmine White-Michel, parents, Melody and Ronald White, and biological father James Brumfield. Grandfather Artfield Richards, grandmothers; Dorothy Jones, Harry Brumfield, and Gretta White, and her siblings; Quiana Philogene and her husband Holdens Philogene, Ronniece White, Ronald White, Alexandria White, James Brumfield Jr, twin sisters Jamie and Mason Brumfield and her youngest sister Jamare Brumfield, three nieces and two nephews and a plethora of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, godmother Grisseld Anderson, and friends.
Jamie was born March 9, 1987, in Boston, Massachusetts. She spent her early childhood years living in Puerto Rico with her grandparents and siblings. Jamie was the eldest child, who was very caring and supportive towards all her siblings. She was especially close to her Irish twin sister, Quiana.
Jamie was a gentle and kind soul with a smile that could brighten up the room. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially with her daughter Jazmine. She loved to shop for deals and knew where to find a great bargain. She also loved cooking and baking with her mother and daughter. Jamie graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Boston, MA in 2010, and she was very proud of this accomplishment. Jamie loved everything about Hello Kitty. Everyone knew her White Hello Kitty Nissan Maxima.
Jamie was resilient. She was able to overcome several chronic health issues over the past few years with grace and mercy. Every battle she faced, she was able to come out triumphantly, with the love and enduring care of her mother. Over the last few months, she fought for her life and her daughter, parents and siblings fought along with her, until she could fight no longer. After many complications, she passed peacefully with great care and comfort.
Jamie was a beautiful, caring, and selfless person. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
