What a life lived! Ms. Rowe, there was no other that compared. Neither in style, Grace, nor knowledge, did you have an equivalent. I met Elaine through her twin Eulaine over 40 years ago. I live in Atlanta. Eulaine and I have been friends for many years. I only had the pleasure of Elaine's company 4 or 5 times, but I feel like I've known her as long as I've known Her twin Eulaine. The closeness they shared was an inspiration to me, especially never having a biological sister. But Thanks Be To GOD, HE puts people in our lives like Eulaine and Elaine. We have shared some great moments! To the Family, Be Encouraged, and Please take Solace in knowing that To be absent from the body, is to be present with THE LORD: 2 Corinthians 5:8. I love you guys❤️ and will continue to pray for your strength in the days ahead.

I will never forget the good times and laughs we had at Delta. Elaine had the best sense of humor and if I close my eyes I can hear her contagious laugh. She was a kind and wonderful lady. Always looked so well coiffed and dressed so well. She was one of a kind.

My dear Glenda, Ulaine, Larry and beloved Warren. There are no words to express how I feel and that I can say to comfort all of you. Just know that Elaine was so special to so many and was a great friend. I miss her crazy and humorous spirit and her calling me trying to disguise her voice as though I wouldn't know it was her. I called her my "chocolate girl". We had so many hours of laughter whenever we were on the phone. To have a friend, you must be a friend and Elaine was indeed a good friend.
