I know that I am very late to this news, but that didn’t take away from the sorrow I felt yesterday, hearing of Joe’s passing. As a current college student, I worked at Belknap White while on summer break in 2019. Joe will always one of my favorite coworkers because of his character, charisma and how genuine he was. Not only was he encouraging to me with anything work related, but he provided me with valuable life lessons as well. He described troubles of his past and how I could use lessons he had learned to better myself. Joe encouraged me everyday to remain in school, get my degree, and earn a good job out of school. Nobody at that warehouse worked harder than Joe. I recall after he had finished his first 3 months at Belknap and received the work uniform, including his own personal shirt and jacket, how proud he was. And damnit Joe, I’m proud of you too. I’ve never worked with somebody before who would show up so early and leave late to try and earn the best living he could. You overcame so many obstacles in your life and kept a positive attitude, as well as giving back to the community any way that you could, like providing meals. I never got to try your cooking, but I’ll look forward to a meal with you in heaven someday. God bless your soul, Joe. To the Lambright family, I am very sorry for your loss. How often spoke to me about his daughters and how proud he was of you two. Although none of you may know me, I hope that his memory provides a guiding light to you all. All love,
-Chris Sylvia

The last time I saw Ray was at Tim Tim's graduation party. As everyone has already reiterated, he was always just full of laughter, full of sunshine and had such a beautiful smile. You can always count on him and Ricky to make their appearances at the Lambright family events, which then gave us time to catch up on life, jokes (okay, it was really him and Ricky cracking jokes, and I laughing), and just always having a good time. While I am, truly, going to miss my dear friend, although he always acted like he was my big brother, our memories will live on forever. Rest in Peace Ray. Love Always, Felicia E.

My childhood friend Raymond will be truly missed. We attended middle school and high school together. Raymond was the same then as he was as an adult. He always seemed to be there for me at very pivotal life changing moments. When I went to college, when my grandmother Mrs Mattier died. Raymond was the true definition of a brother and friend. I am sad he is gone but will always cherish the memories. My condolences to the whole Lambright family.

I last saw Raymond at Courtney’s Sweet 16. He was having such a good time. He was so happy, smiling, laughing and talking to everyone. He came up to me and we spoke briefly. He spoke highly of his girls as he pointed them out to me. You can could tell they were his pride and joy.
You will be missed, Raymond.
Rest In Peace,
Misha Stokes

I’m still in disbelief and in such pain. Raymond was such a good person and friend and I’m going to miss him immensely. I have so many fond memories of him but one that stands out so clearly is when he and I would be in his blue Diamanté after church blasting Shirley Caesar’s “You’re Next In Line For A Miracle”. He’d put that song on repeat and sing along with it and I’d be singing too. Those wonderful memories will stay with me forever. The love for his family and friends was always made known. He never hesitated to tell you he loves you. He would always send me a message on my birthday and for my last one he wrote “Happy Birthday C! Enjoy your day. Love you”. That was Raymond, always reminding you that he loves you. I’ll love him forever. True Ray of Sunshine!
Rest in Heaven My Beautiful Friend, Raymond Lambright! ❤️

The first time we met prob was at Shena and Tim's wedding, but I remember you the most when you lived with them for a short while. Every time we saw each other you called me sis. For us it was never a, "bro-in-law" "sis-in-law" thang because we are FAMILY for life. The last time we saw each other was at Courtney's sweet 16. You kept buying me cranberry and vodka drinks and by the end of the party, I had to hand my keys over to Tim...LOL! It was a great night. I will miss your kindness, laughter, smile, energy, charisma,...I can go on for days because you are just that memorable. You are now with your brothers.....RIH
Love your sis,

From the Gilmore family to the Lambright family, we love you guys and are keeping you near and dear in our hearts and prayer during this time.
From as young as I can remember Raymond has always been so happy and legit a Ray of light, no matter where I saw him it was always “Hey Lil Cuz!” The last conversation we had you were telling me how much we think alike when cooking from my posts on Facebook and why I needed to use coconut milk in my curry. It was “bomb dotcom!” as you said. I haven’t made curry since that conversation but I’ll use coconut in my
curry from this point forward, I know you wouldn’t steer me wrong.
This is still a hard one and you’ll truly be missed Raymond, Rest Peacefully❤️.

I would like to start off by sending my sincere condolences to the Lambright Family. In addition to Raymond’s daughters both Tyra & Tyla, my thoughts & prayers are with you all during this sober time. This is all such a difficult time for all that knew Raymond because of who Raymond was as a person, as a father, as a son, as brother, as a nephew, as a cousin, and as a friend. Raymond was a good man, a great man & every role he had as a person, he fulfilled.
I want to thank him for all the good times & laughter he brought to my life, my children’s lives, and actually all our lives. Ray could make me laugh us all laugh and I mean laugh. Laughter being the best remedy or medicine especially during this sober time. Moving forward I’ll try to be reflective on Ray’s life & not focus so much on the way we lost his life but on how he touched my life & the lives of others. One being his great ability to make people laugh and the other was his love. Ray had a big heart & had a great love for his big family, especially his two daughters.
Thank you Ray, thank you for being for all that you have given us during your time here. You will never be forgotten & your memory will live on through all of us. We love you Ray & may you rest in eternal peace.
Love Ashley & family

Today marks a week since you’ve been taken away from us. It was hard driving to the crash site today. I am still in disbelief, I am so sad and I feel so empty... I can’t stop crying. You were such an amazing person. You always brought a smile to my face and made me laugh every time we spoke. You meant so much to me, a true friend indeed someone I could talk to whenever in need. That was the kind of person you were, whether big or small or just to have someone to talk to, you were always there for your family and friends. I adored and admired the love you had for your girls. I will say I am thankful for the great memories we shared, I will carry on forever! They were truly the best! Damn Ray, you were supposed to teach me how to dance! Ha ha. We would like to extend a heartfelt prayer to all the members of the Lambright Family, during this most difficult and transitional time. We light this candle to pay tribute to a life ‘passed and a legacy revealed.
Keeping a light burning is our form of remembrance; signifying that his memory still lives on and burns bright. We pray that this memorial candle: celebrates the life of your loved one, brings peace and comfort to your family and loved ones, and eases some of the pain of your loss. We hope that your support system will be revealed; as you read the words of those who post their LOVE, send their cards & flowers or even their embrace while they pay their respect.
Being now like family, we hope you will see our genuine hearts and will understand that we are here; to listen & keep things confidential, to provide guidance & direct you to the appropriate resources to maneuver through the storm.
